Serves 3-4 persons


Cooking Methods

  1. lean and boil Whole Por Belly until tender with all the ingredients
  2. Let cool and freeze for 24hrs
  3. Let it sit for a few minutes and chop to desired size
  4. Soak Vermicelli Noodles in tap water for 3 minutes
  5. Sautee all vegetabes, season with Salt & Pepper and set aside
  6. Simmer Broth, add Soy Sauce
  7. Drain Vermicelli Noodles and cook in broth
  8. Add in all Vegetables
  9. Top with Lechon Kawali

  • 1 Kg Whole Pork Belly
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoo Whole Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tabespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 Liter MINOLA PREMIUM COCONUT COOKING OIL
  • 200 Grams Vermicelli Noodles
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Petchay Baguio
  • 1/2 Cup Sitsaro
  • 1/2 Cup rehydrated Black Fungus
  • 1 Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 Tablesppon Minced Garlic
  • 5 Cups Meat Broth or 3 Meat Cubes dissolved in water
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
