Fried Fish Tofu With Oyster Sauce
- ½ kg Fish Tofu Cubes (Available in cold storages and chillers of major supermarkets)
- 2 cups of MINOLA PREMIUM COCONUT COOKING OIL
- 1 cup of Soy Sauce
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- ½ teaspoon minced Ginger
- Fry Fish Tofu cubes until light brown.
- Mix together the sauce and ingredients.
- Use Teriyaki Sauce as dip or drizzle over plated Fish Tofu Cubes.
