Bagoong Rice

Wake up your family with the mouthwatering aroma of this Bagoong Rice. Make it extra special with your chosen sidings and ulam! And don’t forget to use Minola Premium Coconut Cooking Oil to make them tastier and healthier!

Serves 3-4 persons

Bagoong Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg Pork cut into cubes
  • 1 Red Onion Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Cookked Bottled Sweet Bagoong
  • 1/4 Cup MINOLA PREMIUM COCONUT COOKING OIL

Cooking Methods

  1. Mix 3 Tablespoon of Cooked Bottled Sweet Bagoong (Shrimp Paste) with 6 cups of Cooked Rice
  2. Transfer to a pan and cook with a little oil over medium heat
  3. Fry Pork Cubes and season with Black Pepper
  4. Once cooked, add Bagoong, Onions and Garlic
  5. Let it simmer for a few minutes
