Shrimp and Mushroom Gambas
- 1/2 Kg Peeled Shrimps
- 1 Medium Can Button Mushrooms (slice each in two)
- 2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 3 pcs Garlic, sliced
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Style Tomato Catchup
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Cup MINOLA PREMIUM COCONUT COOKING OIL
- Sautee Shrimps and Mushrooms in Minced and Sliced Garlic
- Add in Sweet Style Tomato Catchup
- Add a dash of Hot Sauce or 1 Sliced Siling Labuyo for a little spice (optional)
